**Every new account starts with a Pro trial**

The trial lasts 14 days or until its 100 one-time credits are used, whichever happens first. Afterwards the account continues on Free unless a paid plan is active.

## Access and usage are different

A feature can be included while the work it performs still uses AI credits. For example, Nia is available on Free, but messages, research, generated posts, plans, and media consume the workspace’s allowance at their documented rates.

The following workflow actions do **not** use credits:

- Manually editing a draft.
- Approving or rejecting a post.
- Scheduling already-approved content.
- Publishing already-approved content.
- Inviting members or changing workspace settings.

## When a plan limit is reached

- Remove or disconnect unused capacity when that is the right operational choice.
- On a paid plan, add recurring brand, seat, channel, or credit capacity where available.
- Use a one-time credit top-up for temporary AI demand without changing the subscription.
- Upgrade when the team needs a higher ongoing baseline or access to automations and video.

**Video uses quoted pricing**

The cost depends on the model, operation, duration, resolution, and references. Vuti shows the exact credit quote before the render begins and handles eligible failed-job refunds.
