## A–C

**AI credits** — The usage unit for AI-assisted work such as Nia messages, research, planning, generated posts, images, and quoted video operations. Approval, scheduling, and publishing do not consume credits.

**Approval** — The explicit Vuti decision that a draft is ready for scheduling or publishing. Comments and external agreement do not change the approval state.

**Asset** — Uploaded or generated media or a document stored in the workspace library with its metadata and provenance.

**Automation** — A recurring Vuti workflow such as weekly planning, publishing-health checks, competitor research, or performance reporting. Automations still respect approval controls.

**Brand context** — The positioning, audience, offer, voice, constraints, and examples Vuti can use when helping the workspace.

**Campaign** — A connected set of content and media organized around one objective, message, audience, or period.

**Catalog** — The workspace’s reusable source of approved products, services, offers, prices, claims, media, and content guidance.

**Channel** — One connected social account or Page. Two Pages on the same network count as two channels.

## D–M

**Delivery** — A platform-specific publishing attempt and its result. One approved post can have separate deliveries to several channels.

**Distribution Readiness** — Decision support that highlights potential issues in copy, creative, timing, or platform fit. It is not a promise of reach, acceptance, or compliance.

**Draft** — Work that can still be edited and is not yet approved for delivery.

**Inspiration Brief** — Structured insight extracted from a saved source, including the useful pattern and how Vuti can create differentiated work from it.

**Memory** — Inspectable saved context that may influence future assistance, scoped to a workspace, user, channel, campaign, or thread.

**Nia** — Vuti’s workspace-aware assistant for research, planning, writing, rewriting, media work, and supported product actions.

## P–Z

**Public preview** — A shareable review link for external feedback. It should be disabled when review ends and should not contain confidential work.

**Publishing history** — The record of scheduled, attempted, successful, and failed deliveries attached to content.

**Review queue** — The focused list of drafts waiting for editing, approval, rejection, change requests, scheduling, or resolution.

**Slot** — A planned piece of content on the calendar, including its platform, timing, copy, media, and workflow state.

**Source** — Material used to ground research or creation, such as a URL, document, image, screenshot, note, or approved Catalog record.

**Thread** — A connected sequence of posts published to a network that supports the format, including X and Bluesky.

**Top-up** — A one-time purchase of additional AI credits on an active paid plan. It does not renew the subscription.

**Workspace** — The boundary that contains a brand’s context, members, channels, memories, content, assets, campaigns, and usage.
