# Inbox and replies

The inbox helps turn engagement into follow-up work. It centralizes conversations and
supports reply drafting.

[Open Inbox](https://www.app.vuti.io/inbox)

- Review synced comments and conversation items from supported channels.
- Draft replies in the brand voice instead of starting from a blank text box.
- Approve or send replies after checking the context and tone.
- Use priority and status to keep important engagement from getting buried.

## Inbox workflow

1. Open [Inbox](https://www.app.vuti.io/inbox).
2. Filter by status or priority when you need to focus.
3. Open a conversation and read the context before drafting a reply.
4. Generate or write a reply in the brand voice.
5. Approve, send, or keep it as a draft depending on your team's process.

## Status and priority

Use status to track the stage of the conversation, and priority to make sure important
messages are handled first. This is especially useful when more than one person works from
the same workspace.

## Reply quality checklist

- The reply answers the actual comment or question.
- The tone matches your [voice profile](https://www.app.vuti.io/settings?tab=assistant).
- The response does not overpromise, invent details, or make unsupported claims.
- Sensitive conversations are escalated to a human instead of being handled entirely by AI.

## Connected accounts

Inbox features depend on supported connected channels and platform permissions. If
conversations are missing, check [Connected Accounts](https://www.app.vuti.io/settings?tab=channels)
first.
