| Network | Required account | Publishing | Formats | Inbox and analytics |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Bluesky | Profile | Live | Posts, threads, and supported media | Coverage depends on the network data available |
| Facebook | Facebook Page | Live | Page posts with supported media | Page permissions determine inbox and analytics depth |
| Instagram | Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page | Live | Feed images, carousels, and Reels | Professional-account permissions determine available metrics |
| LinkedIn | Member profile or administered company Page | Live | Posts and supported media | Profile and Page APIs expose different fields |
| X | X account | Live | Posts, threads, and Articles for eligible Premium accounts | Account access and API permissions determine depth |
| TikTok | Not connectable yet | Not live | Planning foundations only | No customer-facing direct publishing, inbox, or analytics yet |
| Threads | Not connectable yet | Not live | May appear in planning guidance only | No customer-facing direct publishing, inbox, or analytics yet |

## What “varies by platform” means

Social networks do not expose identical publishing, conversation, or analytics APIs. Two connected accounts can therefore show different metrics or inbox actions even when both are healthy.

- Vuti only shows data it can retrieve reliably for the connected account and permissions.
- A profile and a Page on the same network may expose different capabilities.
- Renewed network permissions can require an account reconnection.
- A format available in the native social app is not automatically available through its API.

## Account requirements that cause the most setup issues

### Instagram

Use an Instagram **Business or Creator** account linked to a Facebook Page. Confirm you can administer that Page and grant the requested permissions during connection.

### Facebook

Vuti publishes to Facebook Pages, not personal timelines. Connect with a Facebook user who can administer the target Page.

### LinkedIn

A member profile can represent an individual. A company Page requires the connecting member to have suitable administrative access.

### X Articles

Normal posts and threads are distinct from X Articles. Article publishing requires an eligible Premium or Premium+ connected account.

**TikTok and Threads are not live Vuti channels**

They can appear in planning context, but customers cannot currently connect those accounts or publish to them directly from Vuti.

## If a supported format fails

1. Open the affected post and keep its current draft and media.
2. Confirm the selected destination account is still connected.
3. Check the network-specific account and media requirements above.
4. Read the delivery error before editing the content.
5. Retry only after correcting the stated problem.
