## Best for

This workflow works well when the founder has strong customer, market, or product insight but limited time to turn it into consistent content.

## Step 1: Capture one real insight

Start with a customer conversation, product decision, mistake, market shift, or lesson you can defend.

Add the source, then write two sentences: what happened, and why it matters to the audience. Avoid starting with a generic request to “make something viral.”

## Step 2: Ask Nia for a point of view

Ask for the claim, evidence, likely objection, and useful takeaway before asking for finished posts.

Useful prompt: **“Turn this source into a founder point of view. Show the central claim, the evidence we have, the evidence we do not have, and three distinct angles.”**

## Step 3: Build a small sequence

Use three to five connected posts instead of forcing every idea into one oversized post.

A useful sequence moves from problem insight to founder story, evidence, objection handling, and a soft next step.

## Step 4: Review for truth and voice

Keep the personal details only you can verify, remove inflated certainty, and approve the strongest version.

## A sustainable weekly rhythm

- **Monday:** capture one source and decide the point of view.
- **Tuesday:** let Nia propose the sequence and first drafts.
- **Wednesday:** add lived detail, proof, and the language you actually use.
- **Thursday:** approve and schedule.
- **Friday:** record what resonated and what the audience asked next.

**Protect credibility**

Do not let a polished draft outrun the evidence. If a number, customer result, or product claim is not approved in the Catalog or source material, verify it before approval.
