Partner terms

Version 2026-10-21. Applying means accepting these terms; a referral link becomes available after approval.

  1. Earn 20% of subscription payments collected during each referred customer’s first 12 months, starting with their first successful payment.
  2. Commission excludes VAT/sales tax, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, add-ons and credit top-ups. Annual commission applies to the first annual purchase; second-year renewals are excluded.
  3. The first eligible partner link leading to a new account within 90 days receives credit. Existing accounts, self-referrals and purchases by your own business are excluded.
  4. Cleared commissions are paid monthly after a 30-day hold, with a R300 minimum. Smaller balances carry forward and valid closing balances are settled when the program closes. Refunds reduce future earnings.
  5. Applications are reviewed for ten founding-partner places. Acceptance, demonstration access and introductions do not guarantee earnings. Limited demo access is arranged individually; it is not an unlimited AI allowance.
  6. Disclose that you may earn commission. Give honest recommendations, respect contact preferences, and do not spam, bid on Vuti brand terms or make unsupported claims. Agree a demonstration or three relevant introductions within 14 days of onboarding.
  7. Stopping new recruitment does not remove earned commissions or the agreed 12-month earning window for accepted referrals. Confirm payout details privately during onboarding; never submit bank details in the application.
