Plans, limits, and Vuti credits
Plans define workspace capacity. Credits meter AI usage so planning, writing, rewriting, and images can be bundled clearly.
Vuti offers a durable Free plan plus three paid choices:
- Free — R0 forever: 1 brand, 2 channels, 1 seat, 30 monthly credits, 250 MB storage, 10 scheduled posts per month, and 30-day analytics.
- Solo — R299/month: 1 brand, 5 channels, 1 seat, and 500 monthly credits.
- Pro — R799/month: 3 brands, 15 channels, 3 seats, and 1,500 monthly credits.
- Agency — from R2,499/month: 10 brands, 30 channels, 10 seats, and 5,000 monthly credits.
Every new Vuti account starts with a 14-day Pro trial at signup. The trial includes Pro features and capacity with 100 one-time trial credits instead of the full 1,500-credit paid monthly allowance. Trial access ends when 14 days pass or the trial credits are used, whichever comes first. The account then continues automatically on Free; existing content is preserved, one chosen workspace remains writable, and any other workspaces remain read-only. Annual billing costs the equivalent of ten monthly payments. Prices are shown in South African rand for South African customers.

- Credits are used for AI tasks such as assistant messages, calendar generation, rewrites, and image generation.
- Approvals, scheduling, and publishing are workflow actions and do not consume credits.
- Monthly add-ons can expand brands, seats, channels, or AI capacity as your workspace grows.
- One-time credit top-ups add AI capacity without changing or renewing your subscription.
- Free includes the core connect → plan → approve → publish loop. Automations and video tools require Solo or higher.
- MCP remains available on Free and uses the same 30-credit monthly allowance.
The standard credit rates are:
- Assistant message: 1 credit for routine chat or rewrites; 2 credits for research, planning, attachments, or an explicitly selected premium model.
- Generated post: 3 credits.
- Calendar plan: 15 credits plus 1 credit per generated slot.
- Generated or edited image variation: 2 draft, 5–6 standard, or 18–22 final credits, depending on format.
- Automatic image quality retries initiated by Vuti: no additional credits.
- Video analysis: 5 credits.
- Video generation and editing: the cost varies by model, operation, duration, resolution, and references. Vuti shows an exact quote before the render starts.
What credits are used for
- Vuti assistant messages.
- Calendar generation.
- Post generation and rewrites.
- Image generation.
- Video generation, editing, extension, and other AI-assisted media work when Vuti shows a credit quote.
- Other AI-assisted drafting or creative tasks.
What does not use credits
- Approving a post.
- Scheduling an already-approved post.
- Publishing a post.
- Editing content manually.
- Inviting members or changing workspace settings.
What plan limits usually affect
- Number of brands or workspaces.
- Number of connected social channels.
- Number of seats or members.
- Storage capacity for uploaded and generated assets.
- Monthly AI credit allowance.
A channel means one connected social account or Page. Two Facebook Pages count as two channels, even though they use the same platform.
One-time credit top-ups
Billing owners on an active paid plan can choose any whole-rand top-up from R100 in Usage & credits. Every R2 buys 3 credits, so R100 adds 150 credits, R500 adds 750, and R1,000 adds 1,500. This is a single Paystack payment: it is not a subscription and does not renew. Vuti uses included monthly credits first. Purchased credits do not reset each month and remain on the workspace; an active paid plan is required to use them.
Free plan limits
Free is designed to prove Vuti's complete workflow repeatedly without becoming an unlimited AI service.
- One active workspace and brand. Billing owners can change which preserved workspace is active.
- Two connected channels and one workspace member.
- 30 AI credits per calendar month — enough for one useful 7–10 post calendar plus a small number of rewrites.
- Ten newly scheduled posts per calendar month.
- Analytics is limited to the most recent 30 days.
- 250 MB of uploaded and generated assets.
- Automations, video tools, recurring add-ons, and one-time credit purchases require a paid plan.
Monthly add-ons
Recurring add-ons can be purchased from the billing dashboard. Monthly prices are R149 for one extra brand, R99 for one extra seat, R199 for 500 extra monthly credits, and R149 for five extra channels. Annual add-ons cost the equivalent of ten monthly payments. Each bundle can be added more than once and canceled independently.
Use workspace members when you need to add a teammate, and Connected Accounts when you need to check whether channel limits are affecting setup.
Avoiding surprise usage
Generate smaller plans when testing a new brand, reuse strong drafts instead of regenerating everything, and update the voice profile when Vuti keeps making the same writing mistake. Better setup reduces wasted credits.
