Vuti turns a goal into work you can review
Research a market, plan a campaign, rewrite a post, generate media, or operate the workspace conversationally—using the brand context Vuti already knows.

Choose the right kind of request
Give Vuti enough context
The best requests contain four things:
- Outcome: what should exist when Vuti is finished.
- Audience: who the work is for.
- Constraints: channel, tone, dates, claims, format, or campaign boundaries.
- Destination: whether to return ideas, create drafts, save media, or update the calendar.
Plan a two-week LinkedIn campaign for South African agency owners. Use our saved founder voice, lead with operational pain rather than AI hype, create six review-ready drafts, and cite any market claim.
Vuti uses workspace profile, voice, Catalog, Inspiration, calendar, and relevant active memories when they help. Set these up first when a request depends on approved product facts or a highly specific writing voice.
Use selected Google Drive context
Workspace owners and admins can connect Google Drive from Settings → Apps, then choose the specific files Vuti may use. Ask Vuti to list the selected files or ground a campaign in one of them. Connecting Drive does not let Vuti browse the rest of the Google account.
Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and supported text files can be read as working context. Other selected formats remain available by name and link until text extraction is supported.
Prepare and confirm Gmail messages
When Gmail is connected, Vuti can prepare and send a message without reading the inbox. Before sending, Vuti shows the complete recipients, subject, and body. The user must then give a separate confirmation; approval elsewhere in the conversation does not count as send consent.
Use this for review requests, campaign handoffs, or performance-report delivery where a person should make the final communication decision.
Ask Vuti to explain the intended operation before starting an expensive image or video workflow. Video creation shows a quote before the render begins.
Research and source-grounded work
When research is enabled, ask Vuti to search current public sources, explain uncertainty, and include links. Separate sourced facts from strategic recommendations. Time-sensitive claims, prices, legal language, competitor statements, and statistics still need a human check.
Useful research prompts include:
- “Research the latest changes in our market and show the sources behind each recommendation.”
- “Compare these three public campaign pages and extract the strategic pattern, not their copy.”
- “Turn this saved Inspiration brief into an original point of view for our audience.”
Images, video, and presentations
Attach images when you want Vuti to inspect or edit the actual asset. Attach one video when you want it to analyse the clip, identify repurposing moments, or propose edits. Vuti can also start standalone image generation, directed video jobs, product photoshoots, and editable performance presentations.
Long-running video jobs continue asynchronously. Completed media and .pptx presentations are
saved to Assets, where you can review, edit, download, or reuse them.
What happens after creation
Drafts can remain in the conversation, be saved, or be placed into the content calendar. AI-created content should be checked for truth, dates, pricing, permissions, and brand fit before approval. Vuti does not remove the review step.
Workspace memories, user preferences, campaign guidance, and thread context are separate from chat history and from memory used by an external assistant. Review or archive them from Memory settings.
