Review the decision, not just the draft
Check the copy, selected creative, channel, account, timing, and distribution risks before a post enters the publishing queue.

New AI-created content remains a draft or needs-review item until a person approves it. Saving an edit is separate from approving and scheduling the final post.
Work through the queue
The review feed keeps the next decision in focus. Open an item, read the post as its intended audience, check the selected account and creative, then make one of four decisions:
- Approve & schedule: the post is ready and has a valid publishing time.
- Save changes: keep editing without approving the current version.
- Request changes: preserve the direction while sending the work back for another pass.
- Reject: remove work that should not continue in the campaign.
What to check before approval
- Truth: claims, dates, pricing, links, and quoted material are current and supportable.
- Brand fit: the opening, voice, and call to action suit the intended audience.
- Platform fit: format, length, media, and account are right for the destination.
- Creative: the selected image, video, document, captions, and alt text are final.
- Timing: the timezone and scheduled moment make sense for the campaign.
- Permissions: the team can use the media, likenesses, music, and source material.
Use Distribution Readiness
Distribution Readiness evaluates platform-specific risks such as a weak opening, buried business context, repetitive promotion, poor media fit, or a platform mismatch. Each finding should explain the risk and suggest a concrete next action.
Readiness is not a reach prediction and does not guarantee platform-policy acceptance. Treat a warning as a focused review prompt, then make the decision using the real campaign context.
Review creative options
Generate or attach image and video options from the slot, then select the exact asset that should publish. If the creative needs deeper work, continue in Creative Studio or Assets and return to the slot after the final version is saved.
Share a public preview
Open Share & collaborate to create a preview link for an external reviewer. The page follows the current draft, supports comments on the whole post or highlighted text, and lets workspace members resolve or reopen feedback.
Anyone with an active link can view the preview. Do not use public preview links for confidential campaign material, unreleased financial information, or sensitive customer data.
Understand the statuses
- Draft / needs review: a human decision is still required.
- Needs changes: feedback exists and the post should return for another pass.
- Approved: the current copy and creative passed review.
- Scheduled: an approved post has a future delivery time and connected account.
- Published: Vuti recorded successful delivery.
- Failed / needs attention: resolve the account, permission, format, or platform issue.
