Publish approved work and keep the delivery record
Schedule a reviewed post for later, publish it now, or resolve a failed delivery without separating it from the original approval trail.

Scheduling and sending already-approved content do not use Vuti credits. Research, writing, image generation, video generation, and other AI work may use credits earlier in the workflow.
Choose schedule or publish now
Use Unschedule when campaign timing changes or the post should return to an editable state. Changing approved copy or creative may require another review before the new version can publish.
Confirm the delivery details
Before scheduling or publishing, check:
- the correct social account is connected and healthy;
- the current post version has been reviewed;
- the selected image, video, document, or carousel order is final;
- the timezone and scheduled time are correct; and
- the format is supported by the destination platform and account type.
Instagram feed posts require selected media. A single video publishes as a Reel, while supported mixed or multi-item sets can publish as a carousel. LinkedIn document posts require one supported PDF, PPT, PPTX, DOC, or DOCX file with no other media attached. Platform limits can change, so Vuti surfaces the applicable validation before delivery.
If publishing fails
Failures commonly come from an expired connection, revoked permission, incompatible format, platform limit, or destination-side rejection.
After Vuti exhausts any safe automatic retries, it emails the workspace's primary owner or admin with the affected post, the visible failure reason, and a direct recovery action. Reconnecting an account does not publish the missed post automatically; review it before publishing again.
- Open the failed delivery and read the specific error.
- Reconnect the account when the error concerns authentication or permissions.
- Fix the format, copy, creative, or scheduled time when validation identifies the problem.
- Review the corrected version if the publishable content changed.
- Retry only after the underlying issue is resolved.
If the account is healthy, inspect the destination platform's format and content requirements before retrying. Preserve the failed delivery record for diagnosis.
Use delivery history
Published and failed posts remain visible so the calendar becomes a delivery log, not only a planning surface. Use that record to confirm what went live, open the public post where available, trace recovery work, and connect publishing outcomes to Analytics.
Platform boundaries
Direct publishing is enabled for Bluesky, Facebook Pages, Instagram Business and Creator accounts, LinkedIn profiles and administrated Pages, and X. TikTok and Threads can appear in planning-oriented data, but they are not current live connection and direct-publishing channels. Inbox and analytics depth also varies with the permissions and data each platform exposes.
