Catalog

Catalog is the source of truth for what your brand sells and the facts Vuti may safely use when it creates content.

Open Catalog

What belongs in Catalog

  • Products and their approved descriptions, links, prices, and media.
  • Services, packages, and the outcomes they are allowed to claim.
  • Offers, promotions, and campaign-specific selling details.
  • Reusable ingredients such as proof points, features, or approved calls to action.

Each item can include details, media, content guidance, and references. Readiness signals show when important information is missing before the item is used in generation.

How Vuti uses Catalog

Vuti checks Catalog before drafting product-, service-, or offer-specific content. This reduces invented prices, unsupported claims, and generic product copy. You can ask Vuti to list, create, update, or archive Catalog items from chat.

Creative Studio can use Catalog media and approved facts in product photoshoots. Visible text and prices should only be added when the selected Catalog item contains the exact approved source text.

Keeping the source of truth clean

  • Prefer one active item per real product, service, or offer.
  • Add the canonical URL and current price instead of repeating them in notes.
  • Attach approved source media and use descriptive names.
  • Archive an outdated item instead of silently reusing stale facts.
  • Update content guidance when legal, brand, or campaign rules change.

Catalog is separate from Memory: Catalog stores durable offer facts, while memory stores preferences, corrections, workflow rules, and contextual guidance.
