Nothing new publishes without approval

Vuti can create a calendar and schedule approved work, but every newly generated post enters the review queue first.

Before you start

You need a Vuti account and access to at least one social profile or Page you are allowed to manage. Choose the channel you genuinely want to publish to first. You can add the rest later.

Step 1
Tell Vuti what the brand does
Add the minimum context Vuti needs to avoid a generic first draft.
  • Offer: the product, service, or expertise you want people to understand.
  • Audience: the people you are trying to reach.
  • Positioning: what makes the brand credible or different.

Keep this short and concrete. You can refine the full Brand Kit after the first run.

Step 2
Connect one publishing channel
Connect the network that matters most for the first week.

Live connection and publishing are available for Bluesky, Facebook Pages, Instagram Business or Creator accounts, LinkedIn profiles and Pages, and X. Platform permissions and supported formats vary, so finish the connection check before planning content.

Step 3
Teach the writing voice
A few real examples improve draft quality more than a long list of adjectives.

Add two or three examples that genuinely sound like the founder or brand. Then add banned phrases and any clear preferences about energy, formality, sentence length, calls to action, or words you never want Vuti to use.

Step 4
Ask Vuti for a first week
Give Vuti one audience, one outcome, and a useful mix of post types.

Try this prompt:

Plan one week of LinkedIn posts for [audience] about [topic]. Mix one insight, one founder story, one proof point, and one soft CTA. Use our saved voice and flag any claim that needs a source.

Vuti can prepare the calendar, creative direction, and draft copy. It does not publish the new posts at this stage.

Step 5
Review, approve, and schedule
Make one clear decision on each draft before it enters the publishing queue.
  • Approve & schedule when the copy, creative, channel, and time are ready.
  • Edit the post or replace its media before approving.
  • Request changes when the direction is useful but needs another pass.
  • Reject work you do not want in the campaign.
Open the review queue

Check the result

After approval, open the calendar and confirm the post shows the correct connected account, timezone, publishing time, and selected media. Scheduled publishing does not consume AI credits; the planning or generation work that created the draft may have consumed credits.
