Analytics
Analytics gives you a practical read on content performance, posting consistency, and channel health.
- Track published posts, engagement, platform mix, and publishing streaks.
- Use best-day, best-platform, and content-mix signals to guide future planning.
- Switch between Performance, Publishing, and Voice to separate audience results, delivery reliability, and writing-profile evidence.
- LinkedIn analytics availability can depend on the connected account type and API permissions.
- Analytics is meant to improve future calendars, not just report on old posts.
- Ask Vuti to turn the current workspace data into a branded, editable performance PowerPoint for a completed week, month, rolling window, or custom date range.
- Use the Performance presentation Automation when the same report should be generated weekly or monthly and saved to Assets automatically.
What to look for
- Publishing consistency: whether posts are actually going out on the cadence you want.
- Platform mix: where your content is being published most often.
- Top posts: which topics, formats, or calls to action perform better.
- Best posting days: useful input for the next calendar plan.
- Channel health: whether a platform needs reconnecting or is missing permissions.
- Voice confidence: how much writing evidence supports the current voice profile and which guidance Vuti is using.
How to use analytics in planning
Before generating the next calendar, review recent posts and look for patterns. If a certain topic, platform, or format is working, mention it in the planner notes or ask Vuti to turn that pattern into more ideas.
Why data can be incomplete
Social platforms do not expose the same metrics in the same way. Some LinkedIn analytics, for example, depend on account type and API permissions. When Vuti cannot access a metric reliably, it is better to show that limitation than to guess.
When analytics appears
Analytics appears after posts are published and Vuti has synced platform data. If nothing is showing yet, publish from Vuti first, wait for sync, and check that your channels are still connected in Connected Accounts.
